Job Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing relationships with major retail outlets across the Kingdom. The role requires strong negotiation skills market knowledge and the ability to secure listings expand shelf presence and achieve sales targets in a competitive retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop business opportunities with large retail chains and hypermarkets across KSA.

Secure product listings and negotiate commercial terms pricing and promotional agreements.

Manage and grow existing key retail accounts to maximize sales volume and profitability.

Ensure proper product placement visibility and availability across retail locations.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain/logistics to avoid out-of-stock situations.

Execute trade marketing activities and promotional campaigns in coordination with internal teams.

Track sales performance prepare regular reports and analyze market trends and competitor activity.

Conduct regular market visits to maintain strong relationships with store managers and buyers.

Ensure timely collection of payments in line with agreed commercial terms.

Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.

Candidate Profile

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.

37 years of experience in retail sales FMCG distribution or key account management within KSA.

Strong experience dealing with major hypermarkets and retail chains.

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Valid driving license in Saudi Arabia.

Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Self-motivated target-driven and able to work independently in the field.
