Qualification:

/ B.E / Graduation in any specialization

Years of experience:

10 years of overall experience with

8 years of overall experience in Project / Program Management / Scrum Methodology

PMP PRINCE2 SAFe or Agile certifications preferred

3 years of people management experience (preferred)

Experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in software development or technical project management

Experience in Healthcare domain (Good to have)

Exposure to project management tools such as JIRA ADO Confluence or similar

Experience working with global teams and senior leadership (Preferred)

Required skills & Competencies

Strong project and program management expertise (Agile Scrum Waterfall Hybrid)

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Proven ability to influence without authority

Strong risk management problem-solving and decision-making skills

Experience in driving large cross-functional initiatives

Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and analytical skills

Ability to operate in a fast-paced ambiguous environment

People Management Skills

Conduct regular one-to-one performance reviews and career development discussions

Coach and mentor team member on delivery excellence stakeholder management and leadership skills

Ability to see the big picture while ensuring the team focuses on the details of execution.

Identify skill gaps and enable training upskilling and succession planning

Support hiring onboarding and resource planning for the project management function

Technical Skills

Handling of engineering project end-to-end from dev till production releases (Preferred)

Custom application development
