End to End responsibilities of recruitment
Source and attract candidates via job boards social media and referrals
Screen resumes conduct interviews and manage the hiring process
Manage recruitment vendor coordination
Build strong candidate relationships
Handle offer negotiations and onboarding coordination
Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices

Requirements

Any Graduate
3 Year Exposure of full cycle recruitment
Strong sourcing communication and multitasking skills
Knowledge of recruitment tools preferred
Detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn
