Customer Service Agent

This position will be responsible for the analysis and execution of warranty requests for complete equipments and spare parts withLATAM scope.

This position will oversee processing requisitions and Sales Orders for internal purchases as well as the creation of SORfor international purchases and CPQ tracking for US purchases.

This position will be responsible for overseeing and tracking equipmentshipments to either local Vertiv warehouses or authorized Service Partner warehouses.

This position will manage the warrantyaccounting accounts and respond to audit requests from the finance team.

REQUIREMENTS:
High school Degree (at least)
Preferable with Customer Service Trainings.

Experience handling customer experience issues and resolutions.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service related to technology.
At least 2 years of experience in back-office environment and telephone systems.

Advanced/fluent English

Familiar with call center KPIs
Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
Advanced Oracle CPQ Vertiv Web.
Data management and case documentation on Vertiv platforms.
