The Senior Marketing Manager Member Engagement & Lifecycle will own the end-to-end member journey - from enrollment and activation through ongoing engagement and retention. This role partners deeply with Product Implementation and Account Management to deliver compliant effective and personalized member communications.

This role owns both strategy and execution of member lifecycle systems and outcomes.This role reports directly to theSenior Director of Marketing and Member Experienceand is fully remote.

WhatYoullDo:â

  • Essential Functions:

  • Own the member lifecycle framework: build awareness invite enroll activate engage retain

  • Define success metrics and conversion benchmarks for each stage

  • Identifyand prioritize opportunities to improve member engagement

  • Optimizeenrollment flows and onboarding journeys

  • Partner with Product to improve activation experiences

  • Test and iterate on messaging timing and channels

  • Own planning and execution of email SMS push call and direct mail campaigns

  • Build and manage journeys triggers and segmentation

  • Ensure partner- and population-specific customization

  • Work closely with Implementation and Account Management to follow partner rules

  • Ensure compliant messaging across health plans and employer groups

  • Document and govern communication standards

  • Track engagement enrollment activation and retention metrics

  • Run A/B tests and experiments to improve funnel performance

  • Report insights and recommendations to leadership

  • Partner with cross-functionalteamsin collaborationonactivation and in-app experience;Implementation & Account Management; andLegal/Compliance.

  • Experience with systems &toolsownershipwith BrazeMember segmentation and journey logicPreference managementEngagementand conversion reporting

  • Perform Other projects and duties as assigned

WhoYou Are

  • :

  • 5-7 years lifecycle or growth marketing experience in B2B2C or healthcare

  • Deep experience with enrollment and member engagement

  • Strong systems thinker with hands-on marketing automationexpertise

  • Experience working in regulated environments

  • Proven experience developing andoptimizingmulti-channel campaigns with measurable outcomes.

  • Strong analytical skills comfortable working with data to inform strategies and decisions.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Braze) and testing tools.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a member-first mindset.

  • Deep empathy for users especially across underserved or diverse populations.

  • Strong project management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and experience working in regulated industries.

  • Work authorization/security clearance requirements:â

  • Authorized or able to provide required documents to work in United States

  • Physical Requirements/Work Environment:â

  • Remote work environmentwith some travelfor meetings as needed ( 10%)
