Description
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Representative to join our this pivotal role you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers responsible for providing a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless experience from the moment they walk through our doors or reach out to us via phone.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Check-in visitors and handle registration processes efficiently.
- Answer inquiries and provide information about the organizations services.
- Manage appointment scheduling and ensure effective time management for staff and clients.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a front desk representative or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with an ability to handle queries effectively.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a busy environment.
- Familiarity with office software and standard office equipment.
