Job Summary
Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN / LVN)
Location: Flushing NY 11355
Contract Duration: 18 Weeks
Schedule: MondayFriday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $28 $30 per hour
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for a contract assignment in an outpatient clinical setting. The LPN will provide direct patient care support clinical operations and collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide basic nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Physician
Monitor patient vital signs and report changes in condition
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Follow infection control policies and safety procedures
Assist with performance improvement initiatives
Demonstrate appropriate delegation and teamwork in clinical tasks
Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
Required Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
Active New York State LPN license
Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
