Job Summary
LPN - $38/hr Choose Your Shifts Thousands of Open Shifts
Location: Nazareth Pennsylvania
One of Pennsylvanias largest skilled nursing facilities is seeking LPN Licensed Practical Nurses to help support residents across multiple units.
There are thousands of shifts currently available and clinicians can select shifts directly through the scheduling app after approval.
Pay
$38 per hour
8-hour shifts available

Scheduling Requirements
- Must work Sundays
- Must work at least two weekends per month
- No more than two consecutive 16-hour shifts
Current Need
20 40 LPNs needed
LPN Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor resident health status and report changes
- Document care and maintain accurate clinical records
- Assist with care planning and coordination
- Supervise CNA staff as appropriate
Minimum Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania LPN license
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
Once approved by the facility you will receive access to the scheduling app and can begin selecting shifts.
