NurseAmerica is currently seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support a premier senior living community in McLean VA. This opportunity is available for both full-time and per-diem schedules offering flexibility for nurses looking to work consistent shifts or pick up additional hours.

This role is ideal for LPNs who are passionate about providing high-quality care to seniors in an assisted living environment.

Job Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and document residents health status and vital signs
Collaborate with RNs physicians and care staff to coordinate care
Respond to changes in resident conditions and report concerns promptly
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Support residents with dignity compassion and professionalism

Schedule Options

Full-Time: 36 40 hours per week
Per-Diem: Flexible shifts based on availability

Shift options may include:

Day shift
Evening shift
Night shift

Compensation & Benefits

Full time roles $31 - $42
Per-Diem $41 - $46

Qualifications

Active Virginia LPN License
BLS Certification preferred
Experience in assisted living long-term care or senior care preferred
