Job Summary
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support leaders within our Taiwan Sales organization. This role provides close exposure to the daily operations of a fastpaced commercial environment including crossfunctional coordination meeting preparation data consolidation and customerfacing rhythms. It is particularly suitable for candidates with internship or student organization experience who enjoy communication teamwork and structured execution.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage executives calendars appointments and meeting logistics.
- Coordinate travel arrangements prepare expense reports and support documentation/filing tasks.
- Serve as the administrative point of contact for Taiwan GSM office operations.
Business Coordination
- Assist in preparing meeting materials including agenda briefing notes and follow-up actions.
- Consolidate sales-related data and develop slides or simple reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Assist with customer visit preparations (documents summaries talking points) and provide meeting support when required.
CrossFunctional & Market Support
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams across multiple time zones.
- Conduct basic research on industry updates or competitor news and summarize key points for internal use.
- Support special projects or ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- 02 years of relevant experience; student club experience are a strong plus.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience; open to all majors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook Excel PowerPoint).
- Strong communication organization and problemsolving skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Ability to work with flexibility when collaborating across time zones in alignment with company guidelines.
