Job Profile Summary and Job Responsibilities:
- Promote the banks investment and hedging solutions to Taiwan-based corporate clients.
- Originate new client relationships while expanding and deepening existing client coverage.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the local regulatory framework and deliver compliant tailored solutions to clients.
- Partner closely with product specialists and global teams to deliver integrated cross-border solutions.
- Ensure business continuity and high service standards by supporting and backing up team members when required.
- Proactively identify client needs and translate them into revenue-generating opportunities while maintaining prudent risk awareness.
What were looking for:
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant banking experience ideally in corporate sales.
- Solid product and market knowledge across investment and hedging instruments with hands-on trade execution experience.
- Proven ability to manage and grow a client portfolio while staying current with market developments and industry trends.
- Strong sales presentation and communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with senior-level stakeholders both externally and internally.
- Results-driven resilient and able to perform effectively under pressure.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute beyond individual coverage.
