About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Python Developer with 2 years of hands-on experience in building scalable applications and backend systems. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and experience working with modern Python frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Develop test and maintain Python-based applications
Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services
Work closely with frontend product and QA teams
Optimize application performance security and scalability
Debug issues and provide timely fixes
Write clean reusable and well-documented code
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

Required Skills & Qualifications

2 years of experience in Python development
Strong understanding of Python fundamentals and OOP concepts
Experience with frameworks such as Django / Flask / FastAPI
Hands-on experience with REST APIs and JSON
Knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB)
Familiarity with Git and version control systems

Preferred Skills

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Knowledge of Docker CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to background jobs Celery or message queues
Experience in IT services or product-based environment

Location Preference

Mumbai candidates preferred (immediate or short notice period will be an advantage)
