Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Service Delivery Management to lead and oversee various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires exceptional leadership skills strategic thinking and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning execution and delivery ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage project scope schedule and budget while mitigating risks and resolving issues.
• Oversee service delivery management to ensure client satisfaction and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular project updates.
• Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices.
• Mentor and guide project teams fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Mandatory Skills:

• Extensive experience in Service Delivery Management.
• Proven project management experience with a focus on delivering results.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related field.
• Masters degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
