Responsibilities - Service Advisor:
- Write service repair orders and ensure that customers receive prompt courteous service
- Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and costs; including special promotions
- Answer technical questions about vehicle problems warranties service and repairs
- Follow the status of a customers vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work
- Keep customers informed of any changes that occur
- Upon completion of work review work order with customer
- Provide a completely satisfied customer experience
Qualifications/Requirements - Service Advisor:
- At least 1 years Automotive Service Advisor and/or dealership experience required
- Fantastic customer service and communication skills
- Friendly personality
- Time-management skills
- Professional well-groomed personal appearance and a positive attitude
- Team-oriented and self-motivated
- Strong computer skills
- Good multitasking and organizational skills
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background check and MVR.
- We are a DRUG free employer and a pre-employments test is required
- CDK experience helpful
