Job Summary
The overall purpose of this sales position is to increase revenue for the IEEE Blended Learning Program (IEEE BLP) and support IEEE BLP customers globally. This position promotes IEEE Blended Learning Program courses and other skill development offerings to Government organizations corporations and academic institutions in India. The sales support process includes discussions with customers at different hierarchies like Country head VP General Manager Director Technical manager Training head in the corporate world and Vice Chancellor/ Director Principal HoDs faculty and librarians in the academic domain. The activity requires multiple interactions and follow-ups to convert the opportunities and provide support after the sales.
The role also demands working with the distributor/dealer and IEEE team to promote IEEE BLP throughout India. The role reports to the Senior Education - Manager and manages no direct reports.
From time to time the organization may also demand support to conduct workshops/events enable BLP content to customers deliver assessments support customers for any content access/enablement issues on time
