Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee/ Assistant Manager Sales Coach
A Sales Coach is responsible for guiding mentoring and developing sales professionals to help them reach their full potential. The role focuses on improving the skills and performance of the sales team through personalized coaching performance tracking and motivational support. The Sales Coach works closely with individual salespeople and teams to enhance their sales techniques boost confidence and ensure that they meet or exceed their targets. The Sales Coach also collaborates with sales managers to align coaching strategies with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Performance Coaching:
oConduct one-on-one coaching sessions with sales representatives to review performance identify strengths and target areas for improvement.
oProvide feedback on sales calls presentations and overall techniques to help refine skills and strategies.
oOffer advice on overcoming objections closing sales and managing customer relationships more effectively.
oUse data-driven insights and sales metrics to guide coaching conversations and set clear actionable goals.
Setting and Tracking:
oWork with individual salespeople to set realistic measurable sales goals aligned with the companys objectives.
oMonitor progress towards goals track KPIs and provide ongoing support to help sales professionals achieve their targets.
oProvide motivation and strategies to stay on track and overcome challenges that may arise.
Skills Development:
oFocus on enhancing key sales skills such as prospecting lead qualification negotiation and closing techniques.
oCoach sales reps on effective communication and active listening to improve their interactions with potential clients.
oHelp develop strategies for time management territory management and pipeline organization.
Process Optimization:
oEnsure that salespeople follow the companys sales processes methodologies and best practices.
oIdentify gaps or inefficiencies in the sales process and work with the team to improve them.
oTrain sales reps on CRM tools sales automation systems and other technologies that can streamline the sales process.
Ongoing Feedback:
oOffer real-time feedback during or after sales calls meetings or client interactions to ensure continuous improvement.
oHighlight areas where salespeople excel as well as where they need to adjust their approach.
oUse constructive feedback to celebrate wins and address areas of underperformance.
Analysis and Reporting:
oAnalyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends strengths and areas for improvement.
oUse this data to tailor coaching strategies to individual or team needs and to track progress over time.
oPrepare and deliver reports on coaching outcomes and team performance to leadership.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Work experience as a Sales Coach Sales Trainer or similar role
Experience in a sales or customer service position is a plus
Familiarity with role-playing activities and e-learning platforms
Hands-on experience creating presentations (e.g. videos or slides)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate people
Problem-solving skills
Graduation in any discipline (Pref or any other tech/non-tech degree with Sales certifcation)
Additional training certification is a plus
