Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients by washing chopping and measuring according to recipes
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation and plating
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep area
- Follow food safety standards and health regulations
- Manage inventory and notify supervisors of needed supplies
- Support team members to ensure timely food service during busy hours
Requirements
- Prior experience in a kitchen or food service required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Reliable transportation to and from Panama City Beach FL
