Reablement Support Workers (Days) - 2 posts 9555 Permanent contract 26403 to 28142 per annum pro rata (Scale E) 21 or 22 hours per week Great Yarmouth

We operate 7 days a week 365 days a year including Bank Holidays.

Shift Patterns:

Post A 22 hours per week

Week 1 Thursday Friday 7am to 2:30pm

Week 2 Monday Tuesday Wednesday Saturday Sunday 2:30pm to 9pm

Post B 21 hours per week

Week 1 Monday Tuesday Wednesday 2:30pm to 9pm

Week 2 Monday Tuesday Saturday Sunday 2:30pm to 9pm

Are you ready for a role where no two days are the same Join Norfolk Swift Response and become part of a fast-paced dynamic team that responds to unplanned care needs across the countybringing reassurance dignity and practical support to people when they need it most.

Working with Swift Response youll be on the frontline of Social care responding swiftly to calls for support. Whether its assisting someone whos had a uninjured fall providing personal care or helping someone regain independence after a setback youll be making a real differenceevery single shift.
