Job Summary
Position SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist / Cath Lab Technologist to support diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures in a fast-paced cardiovascular laboratory. The ideal candidate will be highly trained in invasive cardiology hemodynamic monitoring and sterile technique with the ability to assist physicians during complex cardiac and vascular Certifications & LicensureARRT-R and active state license as requiredORRegistered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS)ORRegistered Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES)Certification required (must be current and active)BCLS (AHA) required upon hire and must be maintainedACLS required within 30 days of hireExperience RequirementsPrevious experience in a Cardiovascular Lab preferredCath Lab and Interventional Radiology (IR) experience preferredExperience assisting with:Diagnostic and interventional cardiac proceduresHemodynamic monitoringSterile field setup and maintenanceEducation & TrainingCompletion of a Cardiovascular Technologist Training ProgramEmphasis in invasive cardiology and hemodynamic monitoring preferredSkills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and physiologyProficient in hemodynamic monitoring systemsExcellent sterile technique and radiation safety practicesProficient computer skills including EMR and procedural documentationStrong communication teamwork and critical-thinking skillsKey ResponsibilitiesAssist physicians during cardiac catheterization electrophysiology and vascular proceduresMonitor and document hemodynamic data during proceduresPrepare patients equipment and procedure roomsMaintain compliance with safety infection control and regulatory standardsSupport post-procedure patient care and documentationWork EnvironmentCardiovascular Lab / Cath Lab / Interventional RadiologyFast-paced high-acuity procedural settingIf youd like I can also:
