Job Summary
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) managers and the Training Team to design and produce high-quality training materials (presentations videos infographics animations eLearning modules manuals etc.).
Translate complex medical and technical information into clear engaging and easy-to-understand content.
Support the creation of content for product training onboarding continuing education and skills development programs.
Work with compliance and regulatory teams to ensure training content meets legal and industry standards.
Learn and understand various software tools vendor systems and platforms to create accurate training materials
Manage multiple content development projects with varying timelines and deliverables.
Assist in developing and maintaining a digital asset library.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of training delivery formats and platforms.
