Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Explore Phase Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate workshops to gather local business requirements and validate against the global S/4HANA Finance template.
Conduct detailed fit-gap analysis ensuring proper documentation of deviations and localization needs (especially Germany/EU).
Align with global process owners and business leads to finalize process designs and functional specifications.

Realize Phase Responsibilities

Perform detailed configuration of SAP FI modules (GL AP AR AA Banking) in alignment with the approved design.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CO MM SD PP) to ensure seamless end-to-end integration.
Drive development of functional specifications for RICEFW objects and support development teams.
Lead testing cycles-prepare test scripts support SIT/UAT manage defects and ensure readiness for deployment.
Oversee data migration activities: mapping validation reconciliation and migration testing for FI-related objects.
Support cutover planning and readiness during pre-go-live stages.

General Responsibilities

Serve as the primary Finance point of contact between business teams and the global program team.
Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and project governance standards.
Mentor junior consultants and ensure quality deliverables aligned with the global rollout strategy.
Provide guidance on S/4HANA Finance best practices and simplification items.

Required Skills & Experience

10 years of SAP FI experience with strong hands-on S/4HANA Finance expertise.
Proven experience as an SAP FI Lead in global rollout or multi-country deployment programs.
Deep knowledge in General Ledger AP AR Asset Accounting Banking and period-end closing processes.
Expert-level understanding of ACDOCA New Asset Accounting and S/4HANA simplification.
Strong experience in Explore and Realize phases including process design fit-gap configuration testing and data migration.
Experience with German statutory tax and reporting requirements is highly valued.
Strong integration knowledge across CO MM SD and other SAP modules.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a global consulting or system integrator environment.
Knowledge of Group Reporting Central Finance or Treasury is a plus.
SAP S/4HANA Finance certification preferred.
German language proficiency is an advantage; English is mandatory.
