Job Summary
As a Journey Consultant you will work directly with clients to design customized travel experiencesfrom relaxing getaways to once-in-a-lifetime adventureswhile providing exceptional service every step of the way.
What Youll Do:

Consult with clients to understand their travel goals preferences and budgets

Research plan and book customized travel itineraries (flights hotels cruises tours and more)

Provide expert recommendations travel tips and destination insights
-
Manage bookings changes and client communications professionally and efficiently

Build long-term relationships and deliver outstanding customer experiences
What Were Looking For:

Strong communication and customer service skills

Self-motivated with excellent time management

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Passion for travel (experience in travel planning is a plus but not required)
