Position: HR Site Manager –
We are a dynamic and forward-thinking company in the industry seeking an experienced HR Site Manager to oversee our office. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions in alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage recruitment processes and coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and training programs
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies
• Handle employee grievances and provide guidance on conflict resolution
• Analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and enhance HR processes
Requirements & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role for at least 7 years
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
• Experience working in the sector
