Job Summary

Lead the HR function for two subsidiaries balancing standardized group policies with the unique operational needs of each business.
Serve as a key partner to subsidiary leadership on organizational design headcount planning and change management initiatives.
Drive full-cycle recruitment and implement performance management frameworks to ensure high-quality hires and consistent employee development.
Streamline payroll benefits and labor law compliance across both groups to ensure legal integrity and market competitiveness.
Foster a cohesive group culture while maintaining the individual brand identity and engagement levels of each specific workforce.

Requirements

5 years of experience in Human Resource function and at least 2 years in leadership position
Strong capability in setting up and oversees the whole HR functions policies SOPs payroll compliance and overall human capital management.
