Influencer Partnerships & Contracts Manager

AWISEE is a fast-growing influencer marketing agency helping brands run impactful campaigns with top-tier influencers and KOLs. We manage campaigns end-to-endfrom strategy scouting into campaign activation.

We are looking for an Influencer Partnerships & Contracts Coordinator to support our influencer marketing team in managing negotiations contracts and campaign activations.

In this role youll assist the team with influencer/KOL negotiations ensure contracts are processed efficiently help activate campaigns and troubleshoot bottlenecks in these areas working closely with the team while also handling some tasks independently.

The ideal candidate has experience in influencer marketing partnership support or campaign operations is highly organized and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in negotiating partnerships with influencers/KOLs
  

• Scout prospect and confirm creators by reviewing our existing database and quickly identifying additional influencers to help fulfill campaign budgets.
  

• Collaborate with talent agencies and secure influencer deals for campaigns ensuring smooth collaboration.
  

• Draft send and track contracts and agreements to ensure timely completion.
  

• Support campaign activations by coordinating with internal teams and influencers to implement agreements.
  

• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in negotiations contracts and activations to keep projects on track.
  

• Maintain accurate records of deals contracts campaign statuses and influencer confirmations.
  

• Collaborate with the team and directly with clients to ensure smooth workflow and communication between stakeholders.
  

Requirements

• 23 years of experience in an influencer marketing agency or related field.
  

• Strong negotiation skills and experience working directly with influencers KOLs or talent agencies to close deals.
  

• Understanding of the legal and contractual framework in influencer marketing including experience handling contracts agreements and compliance matters.
  

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  

• Comfortable supporting negotiations managing contracts coordinating activations and ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently.
  

• Excellent communication skills for interacting with influencers agencies and internal teams.
  

• Ability to follow guidelines troubleshoot issues and support processes efficiently.
