Job Summary
McCloskey Mechanical is seeking a highly experienced Commercial HVAC/R Technician to support our expanding operations in the Sarasota/ Bradenton region. This role requires specialized expertise in Commercial Refrigeration Systems Rack Refrigeration and Glycol Chiller Systems.
Core Responsibilities
- Diagnose troubleshoot and repair commercial refrigeration systems
- Perform installations startups and retrofits of HVAC and boiler equipment
- Service DX systems chillers AHUS RTUs VAVs and BAS/BMS controls
- Interpret schematics and equipment specifications
- Maintain compliance with codes and safety regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years commercial HVAC/R experience
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
- Valid Drivers License
- Strong troubleshooting skills
