What does a successful OSA Security Analyst do at Fiserv

As a successful OSA Security Analyst you will handle general facilitation of security operations within the Education business unit as well as technical leadership responsibilities required for more complex analysis.

What you will do:

• Monitor security processes to ensure compliance.

• Track and analyze security data for various business security programs.

• Continuously evaluate business security processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate effectively with other members of the security operations team.

• Mentor junior members of the team to ensure skill growth.

• Conduct technical analysis as needed to support more complex solutions.

What you will need to have:

• Understanding of basic cybersecurity principles protocols and best practices.

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate and interpret data related to cybersecurity.

• Thorough attention to detail to review and ensure accurate information is disseminated.

• Understanding of relevant cybersecurity tools technologies and platforms.

• Ability to operate in a fast-paced evolving environment and appropriately prioritize tasks and keep abreast of the latest technology.

• Bachelors degree in information technology or equivalent job experience.

• 7 years of experience working with cybersecurity related audit and compliance projects within a medium to large IT organization.

What would be great to have:

• Expertise in government security programs

• Experience in audit finding documentation and remediation.

You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
