| 6 | Most recent six years working exclusively as a PeopleSoft Functional Analyst |
| 8 | Solid understanding of the technical aspects of the PeopleSoft application |
| 5 | Strong SQL skills; ability to write and execute advanced SQL in Oracle and SQL Server |
| 5 | Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel |
| 10 | Experience working in Information Technology |
Preferred Qualifications:

| 5 | Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps |
| 5 | Experience with prior PeopleSoft implementations or conversions from legacy systems |
| 5 | Experience with Defined Benefit Pension Plans |
| 5 | Defined Benefit Pension Plan knowledge to understand data requirements and usage |
| 5 | Experience with Base Benefits or Benefits Administration systems |
| 5 | Experience with Pension Administration systems |
| 5 | Experience with Payroll systems |
| 10 | Expert-level troubleshooting to isolate functional and technical issues |
