1. 广告投放与流量获取
负责以京东天猫为主的站内RTB广告策略制定优化与日常管理确保ROI目标的达成
独立负责与市场部对接完成抖音CID投放的落地执行与效果优化打通公域引流与电商成交的闭环
探索和测试其他新兴电商广告渠道为业务增长寻找新的机会点
2. 用户关系管理ECRM
负责电商平台会员体系及CRM系统的运营制定并执行用户生命周期管理策略
通过人群画像分析策划和执行精准的营销活动如短信优惠券会员专享活动提升用户复购率与客单价
3. 数据分析与市场洞察
每日监控投放数据消耗ROICPC等进行深度分析产出复盘报告并提出可执行的优化策略
定期进行行业大盘数据及竞品动态监控分析市场趋势竞品策略及消费者行为变化为业务决策提供数据支持
加分项 有数据投放模型分析经验如回归分析聚类分析等进行深入的归因分析用户价值预测或销量预测
任职要求
经验背景
统招本科及以上学历市场营销统计学等相关专业优先
5年及以上电商营销相关工作经验有知名品牌或电商代运营公司背景者尤佳
必须具备丰富的京东天猫等主流电商平台站内广告实操经验精通RTB竞价广告逻辑
专业技能
精通广告投放 深刻理解京东阿里妈妈等广告产品具备出色的账户优化能力
熟悉ECRM运营 熟悉电商平台会员和CRM运营工具有成功的用户忠诚度提升案例
了解新兴渠道 对抖音CID等直播引流玩法有深入了解和实操经验
数据分析能力 熟练使用ExcelSQL等进行数据处理熟悉BI工具如Tableau Power BI者优先具备优秀的数据分析解读和报告撰写能力
软性实力
卓越的逻辑思维能力 能够从复杂数据中发现问题分析问题并找到根本原因形成清晰的优化思路
出色的沟通协调能力 善于跨部门沟通能清晰表达观点推动项目落地
强烈的自驱力和结果导向 对流量和数字敏感渴望通过自身努力驱动业务增长
