职责描述经理
* 负责系统研究国家及地方医保政策跟踪政策动态与趋势分析其对医疗器械行业的影响及联动效应定期输出研究报告
* 基于政策研判制定公司医保应对策略协助业务部门识别市场机遇评估与管控政策风险
* 组织开展内部医保政策培训与解读提升相关部门对政策的理解与应用能力
* 支持中央层面政府事务工作参与和医保相关主管部门的沟通推动政策倡导与关系维护
* 协同公司各相关部门或团队推动医保相关策略在业务中的落地与执行
* 联动行业协会专家及合作方拓展政策信息渠道支持公司长期政策环境建设
岗位要求
* 研究生及以上学历公共卫生医保管理医药政策等相关专业优先
* 具备医疗器械或医药行业政府事务政策研究市场准入相关经验熟悉医保政策体系与运作机制
* 具备优秀的政策分析研究报告撰写及策略制定能力能独立开展政策调研与解读
* 沟通协调能力强具备良好的内外部推动力能适应跨部门多任务协作
* 思维缜密责任心强具备良好的抗压与应变能力能适应阶段性出差
* 具备良好的英语听说读写能力能胜任英文邮件报告及会议沟通
* 具备项目管理或内部培训经验者优先
