负责强生医疗对外事务及商业运营部门EA&BO)的数字化工作主导业务需求转化计划制定资源协调与质量把控主要将负责EA&BO 数字化相关工作制定并推进EA&BO数字化路线图与实施计划确保与业务目标一致
设计开发并持续维护自助式可视化看板提供实时数据洞察支持决策
主导流程优化项目简化环节提升效率并推动变更落地
引入并推广最新AI与自动化工具提升各部门日常工作效率与质量
整合内外部系统优化与渠道的沟通机制提升客户体验与满意度
协调IT业务供应商资源保障项目交付培训与持续改进
任职要求
本科及以上信息数据管理或相关专业优先
熟悉数据可视化工具流程改进方法及AI应用有实际项目经验
优秀的跨部门沟通项目管理与推进能力有医疗或制药行业经验者优先
