• 基于口腔品类的品牌策略及口腔专业推广渠道的整体渠道策略制定区域市场策略规划并组织落实实施
• 领导分析区域市场并在渠道总部的领导下完成所在区域的各项业务指标
• 指导区域团队与区域内重点客户关系保持良好关系以确保对产品的推广有正向的推动作用
• 依据渠道营销策略合理使用渠道资源领导区域完成包括样品及品牌提示物等物料的下沉以确保所在区域对品牌推广及销售有正向的推动作用
• 领导区域团队参加地区性口腔行业展览会并对产品进行宣传
• 领导区域团队完成区域内终端持续销售转化
• 根据公司要求领导区域协助其他销售渠道完成各项市场营销执行活动
• 根据公司要求及相关指导领导区域团队完成自媒体拍摄及发布工作
• 领导区域完成月度/季度/年度各项KPI目标
• 确保开展的所有活动完全符合公司的政策法律和法规中国和所有相关的赫力昂公司的行为守则
• 遵守与赫力昂全球质量政策GQP和全球质量方针GQG
• 完成上级交办的其他工作
