What you will do:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the assigned territory/market segment to achieve designated sales and customer objectives
  • Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships
  • Develop and implement sales plans activities and campaigns for an assigned geography market segment or particular customers
  • Prepare sales forecasts budgets and targets
  • Monitor sales volume revenues and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas and adapt procedures or re-allocate resources
  • Stay updated on market trends competitors and industry developments
  • Manage and update the sales systems with accurate customer and pipeline data
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Who you are

  • You have bachelors degree or equivalent certificate
  • You have minimum 3-5 years work experience and proven track record in sales business development or a related customerfacing role in paper or other relevant industries
  • You have strong communication negotiation and presentation skills
  • You have the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships effectively
  • You are a team collaborator
  • You are selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work independently
  • You have good language skill in English
  • You are willing to travel as required.
