- Develop and execute regional strategies to drive vehicle exchange business.
- Set exchange targets and implement initiatives to achieve business growth in the region.
- MAJOR DELIVERABLES:
- Dealer Management:
- Support and guide dealers in implementing exchange processes and programs effectively.
- Ensure timely training and capacity-building of dealer exchange executives.
- Operational Excellence:
- Monitor key performance metrics such as exchange ratio used car procurement and conversion rates.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of exchange operations at dealerships.
- Business Development:
- Identify opportunities to expand the exchange network and tie-ups with used car buyers/traders.
- Collaborate with third-party evaluators and finance partners to streamline the trade-in process.
- Team Management:
- Lead a team of Territory Managers / Exchange Executives across the region.
- Drive performance motivation and operational discipline within the team.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Provide detailed MIS and analytics on regional exchange performance to the central team.
Analyse market trends competitor activity and customer behaviour to optimize strategy.
Role Specifications
Educational Qualification:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Marketing or Automotive Management.
Years and type of experience:
610 years in automotive sales preferably with exposure to used car or exchange business.
Technical Competencies:
Analytical skills
Knowledge of the used car business.
Behavioral Competencies:
- Good client relationship management
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Efficient time management
- Dedicated customer focus
