Job Description:
This is a senior position that is responsible for protecting and enhancing the companys reputation externally. Focus is on contributing to attracting and retaining customers positioning the company as an employer of choice and building key relationships with media and agency partners. This includes managing various external communications activities related to company announcements quarterly financial results media interactions contributing content to social media channels event management etc. The role requires creating the annual/ quarterly communications strategy/ plans curating high-quality content managing executive communications crisis management and working with stakeholders across all Syngene sites in India and overseas.
The ability and willingness to be hands-on and work as an individual contributor as well as a team player is a must. This job is based at the Corporate HQ in Bengaluru and is a regular work from office role.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate reputation management and external communications: Devising the corporate reputation strategy its implementation and measuring impact. This includes:
Financial and statutory communications: Being a listed entity the company is governed by a set of norms to disclose quarterly earnings.
Collaboration with internal functions: Collaboration with functions such as marketing HR finance quality ESG government affairs etc. to curate content for advertorials podcasts website social media newsletters internal reporting channels industry events in India and across the world etc.
