Make an Impact by
Scope develop and deploy Power Platform solutions
- Automation Development: Design build and implement automation workflows using Power Platform to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Solution Design: Work with business stakeholders and analysts to identify opportunities for process automation. Design RPA solutions that address business needs ensuring scalability and longevity.
- Integration: Integrate Power Automate with a wide range of enterprise applications databases and cloud services including Microsoft 365 apps (e.g. SharePoint Teams Outlook) third-party systems and APIs.
- Process Optimization: Continuously improve automated workflows by identifying areas for optimization improving performance and ensuring error handling and logging mechanisms are in place.
- Testing and Validation: Perform rigorous testing and validation of automated processes to ensure they operate correctly and meet defined business requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing automations.
- Documentation and Knowledge Transfer: Create detailed documentation for workflows automation processes and system configurations. Provide knowledge transfer and training to end-users and other team members.
- Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor the performance of automated processes and ensure they remain functional and efficient. Provide support for troubleshooting and addressing operational issues related to automation solutions.
- Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts IT and operations teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of automation solutions.
- Growth mindset: Enjoy working in a diverse team sharing successes and growth and possess excellent communication skills
Skills for Success
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
- 2 - 4 years of relevant working experience around Power Automate development or any RPA tool.
- Expertise in Power Automate (both Cloud and Desktop).
- Knowledge of REST APIs Web Services HTTP requests and connectors.
- Familiarity with automation best practices such as error handling logging and retry mechanisms.
- Certifications in any of the automation tool will be a plus.
