• Compliance to Syngene s quality standards at all times
• Hold self and their teams accountable for the achievement of safety goals
• Govern and Review safety metrics from time to time

Core Purpose of the Role:

Responsible for handling Trial Reaction binder CCF CAPA Incident and deviation and supporting QMS activity.

Role Accountabilities

• Handling CCF for relevant department in line with RQA requirement.
• Extend support for ELN & SAP improvements.
• Coordinate with team for assigning LMS for new joiners.
• Coordinate with related team for tracking and closure of CAPA.
• Handling Incident and deviation tracking and closure.
• Supporting QMS related activity.
• Issuance of Trial reaction binder for all new joiners and attending new joiner requirement onsite.
• Trail Reaction binder filing and tracking and archival when required.
• Supporting General Operations related activity.

Experience

• Foundational Experience required.

Skills and Capabilities:

• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good knowledge of Computer basics Excel Power Point.
• Hands on expertise of Outbound logistics Inbound logistics SEZ documentation US related documentation Sound knowledge in Purchasing and Warehouse operation.
• Understand the goals. Displays basic understanding of the project and department goals.
• Accept assigned responsibility. Take ownership of personal deliverables.
