The Opportunity

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave offering immediate ownership of high-impact revenue-driving programs across APAC.

Were looking to hire an experienced Marketer to drive revenue growth across ANZ and SEA. Reporting to the APAC Revenue Marketing team youll own and scale high-impact demand generation programs that fuel our pipeline.

Youll lead established revenue programs like HubSpot product demos and competitor webinars ensuring they continue to deliver results while constantly seeking opportunities to optimise automate and evolve them. Youll also chart the path for new scalable plays well bring to market in 2026 which means youll need a curious mind comfort operating in ambiguity and a bias for testing learning and rapidly iterating. Partnering closely with our global Automation team youll shape and brief in nurture programs designed to streamline and automate processes.

Collaboration with Sales is essential to your success from frontline reps through to directors. Your ability to energize teams share wins and equip them with effective enablement materials will be critical.

Were committed to experimentation and youll use AI across campaign ideation content creation and data analysis to identify campaigns that will drive deal creation. Having an AI-first mentality is essentialyoull constantly seek ways to level up pipeline performance through technology.

Strong personalised narratives for your campaigns are crucial especially for engaging SMB audiences and optimising repeatable plays so they stay relevant. Were looking for a talented marketer who aligns with our teams values of collaboration and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Continue delivering revenue growth from HubSpots established scalable program of work.
  • Manage campaigns end-to-end: strategy content design execution measurement and optimisation.
  • Partner closely with the Automation team to brief and support required nurture workflows
  • Identify build and launch new scalable programs for the region
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Regional Marketing Central Marketing and Sales to ensure alignment and amplify impact
  • Lead AI experimentation within your programs working with curiosity and speed
  • Thrive in a fast-moving environment while maintaining clarity and focus

Who You Are

  • You have 4-5 years marketing experience preferably in a field-facing role.
  • Youre extremely analytical leveraging data to inform all your campaigns
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to hold stakeholders accountable for developing and delivering programs
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
  • A clear understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes field marketing and sales enablement content creation
  • Solid business acumen with marketing or sales experience or enablement experience is a must
  • Are an excellent communicator writer and storyteller
