Were launching a new betting product and are looking for a Marketing Lead to own go-to-market strategy and execution in Brazil. This role will be responsible for driving brand awareness user acquisition and localization of the product for the Brazilian market.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end marketing strategy for a new betting product launch in Brazil

  • Develop and execute acquisition campaigns across digital social influencer and affiliate channels

  • Own localization strategy: messaging creatives and cultural relevance for Brazilian audiences

  • Partner closely with product growth and compliance teams

  • Track performance metrics (CAC LTV ROI) and optimize campaigns

  • Manage agencies contractors and external partners as needed

Job requirements

  • 57 years of marketing experience ideally in betting space

  • Deep knowledge of the Brazilian betting ecosystem user behavior and regulatory landscape

  • Proven experience launching or scaling a consumer product in Brazil

  • Strong background in performance marketing influencer/affiliate marketing or growth

  • Fluent in Portuguese; strong English communication skills

  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and attribution tools

Nice to Have

  • Experience with sportsbook or iGaming launches

  • Existing network of Brazilian creators affiliates or media partners

  • Startup or high-growth environment experience
