Were launching a new betting product and are looking for a Marketing Lead to own go-to-market strategy and execution in Brazil. This role will be responsible for driving brand awareness user acquisition and localization of the product for the Brazilian market.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end marketing strategy for a new betting product launch in Brazil
Develop and execute acquisition campaigns across digital social influencer and affiliate channels
Own localization strategy: messaging creatives and cultural relevance for Brazilian audiences
Partner closely with product growth and compliance teams
Track performance metrics (CAC LTV ROI) and optimize campaigns
Manage agencies contractors and external partners as needed
Job requirements
57 years of marketing experience ideally in betting space
Deep knowledge of the Brazilian betting ecosystem user behavior and regulatory landscape
Proven experience launching or scaling a consumer product in Brazil
Strong background in performance marketing influencer/affiliate marketing or growth
Fluent in Portuguese; strong English communication skills
Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and attribution tools
Nice to Have
Experience with sportsbook or iGaming launches
Existing network of Brazilian creators affiliates or media partners
Startup or high-growth environment experience
