Your New Role

As a Marketing Manager you will support the development & execution of local portfolio marketing strategy along with the Senior Marketing Manager and actively launch campaigns & sales execution in order to achieve short and long-term business objectives. Youwill act as brand champion to create enthusiasm and focus internally and closely work with external customers and agencies. You mustunderstand relevant disease and market to develop customer insights through appropriate techniques/tools. You will also beresponsible for:

  • Analyze understand and interpret market insights and translate to simple & targeted communication and proactivedevelopment of marketing /promotional mix to meet brand objectives and customer needs.
  • Utilize multi-channel tools to communicate key brand messages to market.
  • Prepare annual / cyclic action / brand plans to meet business objectives. You will design innovative marketing campaigns thathelp sales team meet business objectives.
  • Liaison with external agencies to deliver initiatives for brands and maintain constant touch with internal and external customers.
  • Launch new products in line with local strategy and regional approval.
  • With your natural instincts you act in line with ethical standards company procedures and Novo Nordisk Way of Managementwhich includes Vision Policies and Charter which describes our Values Commitments and Fundamentals.

Novo Nordisk has been leading the diabetes market with significant market share in the insulin segment. We have been leaders in the insulin business for more than two decades in India.Insulin Marketing Team is responsible for marketing business development and market insight gathering for inline and pipeline products in insulin therapy areas with an ambitious team of professionals with strong business acumen effective collaboration and innovative thinking.

Your Skills & Qualifications

  • You hold a Masters Degree in Management (MBA) from a reputed institution with Science / Pharma graduation with minimum 7 - 10 years of experience in core Marketing and Product Management
  • Good in communication and negotiation skills and should be able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A strong track record in thorough planning execution and follow-up is required with a creative and innovative attitude that willenable you to drive initiatives with operational excellence in mind Client/Customer Facing roles will be an added advantage.
