Job Summary
What you will do in this role: The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Aide (PRSA) is responsible for group and individual psychosocial rehabilitation and case management services to adults within a long term care/nursing home setting. The PRSA will participate with the interdisciplinary team to develop implement and evaluate effective therapeutic services via facility programming.

Qualifications :
Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Aide (PRSA): officially we title this job a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Aide but in other centers it may be called a PRSA Mental or Behavioral Health Aide Social Services Aide Psychiatric Aide.
What we need from you:
- Ideally - prior experience as a PRSA in healthcare center preferred
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- CNA with a minimum of 1 year of experience preferred
- Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is helpful
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment physical and criminal history background check

This center is managed by TRANSITIONAL CARE MANAGEMENT. We currently provide comprehensive management services to several inpatient healthcare centers throughout Northern IL & the Chicagoland area. These settings include Long-term Care Skilled Nursing (SNFs) Short-term Care Rehabilitation Intermediate Care (ICFs) and Behavioral Health Service (SMHRFs) centers.
