We are looking for a smart generalist as the Monetization Lead in the CEOs Office. You will build the logic and infrastructure that connects Product innovation to Revenue execution. You ensure that every new product we launch is commercially viable operationally billable and ready to scale.
Monetization Architecture & Launch Readiness
Launch Program Management: Act as the Go-to-Market Strategist for all new products launches. You own the operational readiness checklist and ensure Product Sales Marketing Enablement and Billing teams are aligned before a product or feature goes live
Define Monetization Logic (Including FUPs & Metering): Define the mechanics of our pricing models. You will use data and analytics to engineer usage based pricing models Fair Usage Policies (FUPs) and define billing metrics
Billing Translation: You translate commercial intent into financial reality. Define billing and proration rules overage triggers and credit logicso the Billing team can execute without ambiguity
SKU Strategy & Governance: Work with the Deal Desk team to ensure that our catalog is structured for accurate reporting and clean data analysis and that all internal and customer facing systems remains in sync with our pricing decisions
Digital Transformation: Work cross functionally at the intersection of product finance and sales to ensure that our digital infrastructure and tools stay up to date and eliminate manual processes related to quote to cash (Q2C)
CEO Office Special Projects Operational Fix-It Missions: The CEO will deploy you to solve high-priority bottlenecks outside of monetization (e.g. Diagnose why onboarding/billing takes xx days Audit the renewal handover process Analyze margin impact if we change a billing metric etc)
Background: 36 years in Consulting Strategy & Ops or Product Operations at a high-growth Enterprise B2B SaaS company.
SaaS Native: Deep understanding of SaaS business models. You know the difference between Committed ARR and Billed Revenue and understand the mechanics of usage-based pricing.
Analytical Chops: High proficiency in Data/Financial Modeling is required. You must be able to pull your own data to model the impact of a FUP change or a new pricing tier.
Operator Mindset: You are not just a strategist who makes slides. You are a builder who enjoys documenting processes creating checklists and fixing broken workflows.
