Could you be the full-time Project Industrialization Engineer/Process Engineer in LOCATION were looking for


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your industrialization expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside innovative and collaborative teammates.

Youll play a key role in ensuring the seamless industrialization of maintenance renovation/modernization and warranty activities at our depots repair centres or production sites. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (such as Engineering Managers Production Execution teams and the Industrial Network) provide inputs for industrial tools and means and much more.

Youll specifically take care of defining layouts identifying tools and equipment and implementing special processes like torquing and adhesive bonding but also support the implementation of change requests and maintenance optimization strategies.

Well look to you for:

  • Leading the industrialization of technical documentation while respecting standard manufacturing processes and guidelines

  • Elaborating industrial deliverables such as macro-processes work instructions and layouts

  • Implementing the Project Make or Buy strategy across deliverables

  • Defining and implementing training plans related to industrial topics and special processes

  • Validating industrial deliverables tools and means with maintenance execution teams

  • Setting up industrial process improvements related to efficiency quality safety ergonomics and continuous improvement

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering (e.g. BE/BTech)

  • Experience or understanding of industrial processes methods engineering and maintenance work instructions

  • Knowledge of SAP AutoCAD and Catia

  • Familiarity with quality and health & safety standards and systems

  • A strong understanding of schematics and technical drawings

  • Experience in crimping harness manufacturing processes and industrialization

  • Skills in lean manufacturing and depot equipment specification installation and commissioning
