Description| Job responsibility | Lead Core Site to manage Voice Network Operation with complete understanding of Voice Network KPIs Ensuring smooth Operations 24*7. Major responsibilities include: - POI Handling (Commissioning/ Augmentation Outages) & ensuring smooth co-ordination with Private Operators/ BSNL & MTNL
- Collaborate with NOC to ensure Network stability and high-quality service delivery.
- Spare Management with R&R for all Core Devices.
- Ensuring testing for New Series across operators.
- Ensuring Timely closures of Financials with BSNL/MTNL.
- DOT & Term cell audit handling
- Evaluate and implement technologies or upgrades for voice core networks to enhance operational capabilities and service quality.
- Co-ordination with OEM ensuring services as per signed SOW with them.
- Ensuring Site Hygiene for Core Network and Network uptime as per KPI
- Service Migration across Voice Core Technologies.
- Ensuring proper testing of Patches and timely Upgrades.
- Maintaining compliances of Node & CDR Backup
- Process review & improvement
- Project Management & Collaboration in Circles
- Managing best practices and ensuring handling services under converged Voice services.
- Audit Handling (DOT Term Cell & Internal External RA & etc.)
- Team Productivity monitoring and Skill enhancement support.

- Experience with VoIP SIP Trunking and other IP-based communication systems.
