Strategic Projects Manager
The Strategic Projects Manager is responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of projects of diverse nature including but not limited to: Implementation of financial consolidation systems ERP migration post-acquisition integration and performance improvement initiatives etc. Also acting as the bridge between Finance and other functional lines (IT HR Legal Commercial Operations) the role drives not only the development of the finance function but also the broader organizational alignment. The role is office based with limited travelling.
Main Responsibilities
- Creating integration and business plans during the due diligence process of M&A transactions in close collaboration with Management and functional experts
- Leading post-acquisition integration projects from Day 1 ensuring timely execution monitoring synergy realization and coordination with other functions
- Executing ERP migration projects including specification data migration deployment training and roll-out of Groups accounting and reporting standards
- Managing and contributing to corporate development and finance projects as required including roll-out of new processes and finance systems
- Maintaining and developing the Groups integration and migration playbook identifying best-practices and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Managing the portfolio of projects reporting on progress and identifying risks
Your Profile
- Background in accounting / finance
- Project management experience/qualification
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to coordinate diverse teams
- High affinity with technology and advanced level in Excel
- Experience in post-merger-integration
- Nice to have; experience with Lucanet experience with Diamant
- Fluent in English and German French desired
