Responsibilities
Partner with plant management to analyze performance spot improvement opportunities and influence decisions.
Lead KPI performance management by designing communicating and tracking daily metrics that fuel continuous improvement.
Drive financial performance by explaining operational levers and building ownership across the plant.
Ensure financial integrity around inventory capital assets and operating costsaccurate complete and reliable.
Own budgeting & forecasting in collaboration with plant leadership; deliver precise highquality projections.
Analyze cost drivers & variances to provide clear actionable insights to operations.
Deliver timely accurate reporting and lead the financial sections of monthly business reviews.
Champion CAPEX governanceplan capital track spending and ensure timely asset capitalization.
Strengthen processes by supporting continuous improvement and sharing best practices across the Tissue Group.
Maintain strong internal controls to reduce operational and fraud risks.
Develop finance talent on site and build future leadership capabilities.

Your challenge!
Reporting to the Administration Director the Senior Plant Controllers mission is to contribute to his or her units business development and ensure its coordination in accordance with the strategic plan. You use your financial expertise to support your units management in the business processes application and improvement and ensure the implementation of best financial management practices. You analyze operational cost performance indicators and ensure the completeness and reliability of the information produced and communicated. As a result you contribute to strategic decision-making in your plant and maintain an effective control structure to minimize the risk of errors irregularities and fraud related to processes.
