Transformation Office department is looking for a Transformation & Project Management Analyst.

What you will do:

Project Management: assist in planning executing and monitoring projects
Prepare documentation track project progress and schedule meetings
Data Analysis and Reporting: collect analyse and structure data to support decision-making.
Create reports dashboards and presentations
Process Improvement: identify inefficiencies in processes and design improvements
Conduct research design initiatives workflow and user-stories
Prepare Presentations: assist in preparing presentations and other decision-making and communication materials
Benchmark and Development: conduct research related to the Networks Platform business and operations industry trends and best practices.

What are we looking for:

Graduate degree in Business Administration Management Engineering Economics or related field
Prior experience in consultancy or similar setting is considered a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to interpret data into insights is a requirement
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) is considered an advantage
Fluency in English.
