About the Opportunity
A leading organization is looking for a TAGETIK SeniorBusiness Analyst to join a Financial Project Management teamsupporting portfolio planning reporting and operational improvements acrossFinance systems.
This is a strategic role within the IT Finance Tribe (DCGTeam) where you will contribute to key initiatives related to financialreporting tools process optimization and project governancewith strong exposure to Finance and Risk stakeholders.
If you have strong experience in financial projectmanagement relational database administration and are familiarwith TAGETIK functional administration this is an excellent opportunityto grow within an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project portfolio management including schedule planning monitoring cost/benefit tracking and reporting
- Ensure smooth operational functioning of the Management Control squad especially within the TAGETIK scope
- Provide responsive support to business users and stakeholders
- Organize and deliver training sessions based on user needs
- Track and follow up on IT and administrative incidents related to reporting tools
- Manage the evolution and continuous improvement of reporting solutions
- Identify opportunities for productivity improvements and automation
- Ensure quality standards and functional improvements in collaboration with Finance and Risk departments
- Provide project expertise including analysis acceptance testing and user training
- Anticipate the impact of projects on reporting processes and tools
- Maintain strong knowledge of Finance reporting users processes and Finance IT systems
Required Profile & Qualifications
- Degree or higher education in Computer Science IT or related fields
- 5 years of experience in IT and/or Financial Project Management roles
- Strong background in Project Management
- Mandatory experience administering relational databases
- Strong understanding of Finance concepts and processes
- Experience using Business Objects
- TAGETIK functional administration experience is a major plus
- Client-focused mindset with strong service orientation
- Strong communication skills and team collaboration abilities
- Ability to prioritize meet deadlines and manage changing priorities
- Autonomous proactive detail-oriented and committed
- Strong stress management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent listening and questioning skills
Additional Requirements
- Availability to travel within Portugal and occasionally internationally
- Willingness to work outside standard office hours in exceptional situations (on-call support)
