Job Summary
- Warmly welcome clients upon arrival and on the telephone
- Check in clients through booking system
- Multi-task between answering phones booking appointments and selling memberships gift cards and upgrades
- Promote health / wellness benefits of massage and skin care
- Follow proper filing procedures / file maintenance
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
- Various other duties
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn Microsoft Office applications Spa Soft and basic cash / credit card transaction requirements
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent personal appearance
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Punctual and reliable
