DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW
TDs Co-op and Internship opportunities offer you valuable work experience across diverse business areas. As a Brand and Corporate Citizenship Intern youll collaborate with experienced brand marketing professionals in the social impact space benefit from high caliber training and join a vibrant student community across TD. The Brand and Corporate Citizenship team elevates TDs reputation by strategically supporting the storytelling behind brand initiatives community engagement and social impact programs. Our priority is to build meaningful relationships with clients colleagues and the communities we serve. We work closely with internal teamsincluding Corporate Citizenship (granting team) TD Indigenous Banking Sponsorship and Corporate Communications and agency partnersto drive awareness and brand love.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As an intern you will support the Brand and Corporate Citizenship team in Marketing. You will contribute to the development and execution of marketing research marketing strategy and brand-building and Corporate Citizenship programs helping TD connect with communities promote social responsibility and drive business objectives.
Collaborate with team members on strategic brand and citizenship initiatives working both independently and in teams
Collaborate with agencies business units marketing partners and internal teams to deliver relevant insights that will strengthen planned programs
Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and making recommendations
Support workstreams related to digital brand engagement community partnerships and social responsibility campaigns
Participate in planning and/or execution of citizenship events and activities
Prepare marketing briefs content and reports for key brand and citizenship campaigns
Communicate effectively with stakeholders on project updates and content issues
Ensure all initiatives comply with legal ethical and branding standards
Demonstrate a positive attitude and inspire others to contribute to TDs culture of care and inclusion
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution with an undergraduate degree or diploma in Marketing Communications Not-For-Profit or related field; with the intent of going back to school at the start of your work term.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to evaluate research and support recommendations
Excellent organizational and communication abilities; skilled at prioritizing and multitasking in collaborative or independent settings
Proven relationship management skills
Aspirations to be a creative enthusiastic marketer committed to delivering measurable results and successful project completion
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word); ability to develop presentations and support materials for internal stakeholders
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This position is a 4-month work term and will commence May 4th August 21st 2026.
